Just Breathe

Between the inhale and the exhale, there is a stillness, ineffable, immutable, evanescent, fleeting yet seeable, identifiable, the millisecond during the absence of breath, at that very moment, there is no life, death, no thing, only being and not being, before the inhale and then the rebirth.  Aware, knowing with the exhale we are suspended, nowhere, it is then, only in accepting the inevitable death delivered with each exhale, and the renewal, coming back into life with each breath, that being nowhere, we truly exist, now here.
