When the mind encounters anything beyond its current knowledge (the ledge of knowing from which you must jump to transcend), it triggers a fear response that downloads neurochemistry throughout the body, telling one to flee. The mind always triggers the fear response when it encounters something unknown. The unknown can be a new concept, a new idea or a new belief that might better serve. When you realize (real eyes) that fear is the indicator that you are moving past the known, into new territory, you are allowing yourself to grow beyond mind. When you feel fear and understand (stand under the knowing) that you are challenging your most maximum self to see something new, then fear becomes the GPS telling you that you are on the right track. Feel the fear and do it anyway. Jump.
